Nón Lá

Nón Lá

One of the most distinctive signs from Vietnam is the hat used by women in the countryside to protect themselves from the sun and the rain and as a basket to carry food. Nón Lá is the name used to describe this Vietnamese hat and it is also the name BOVER selected for this lamp. BOVER decided to keep the aluminium cone as a feature, discreetly showing the original history of the luminaire. The handmade ribbon shade makes this piece special and unique while softening the overall look. The MARIETTA collection consists of Big Format lights designed... Read More
AMPHORA

AMPHORA

The AMPHORA collection is designed to create a warm environment whether used indoors or out. The light source is located inside the polyethylene ellipse which grants its water tightness. The light emitted by the Amphora collection is full of nuances and shapes avoiding dazzling. Available... DOME

DOME

A sculpture that creates a play of light and shadow through more than 170 intertwined wooden pieces.   The integration of design, art and light in architecture dates back many years.  With DOME, Bover decided to take the light out of the object so it becomes a light sculpture designed to receive and emit a delicate light - a play of shadows and nuances that enrich the space for which they were created. Developing this project with Benedetta allowed Bover to reflect on the art of lighting, on how to re-interpret light and on the creation of products with a... Read More
